I have been working in food & hospitality since age 7 while growing up in my parent’s Thai restaurant. After opening my own family restaurant in 2006, I started making coconut ice cream to serve as a dessert option.
After some time, customers starting asking more about our homemade ice cream than they did Thai food and we knew that we were on to something special.
Crank & Boom Craft Ice Cream was officially born in 2013 and we’ve been on this roller coaster of a ride ever since.
I’m now ready to share my experience and knowledge with other ice cream entrepreneurs so that they can live a life of full of joy, purpose and fun. Because that’s what’s life is all about!
