APPLICATIONS FOR THE MARCH 2024 CAMPAIGN ARE NOW CLOSED!

With the success of our small batch club program, we have received lots of requests to help fundraise for other community groups!

we are so thrilled to launch this new fundraising program to help support more local groups doing great work for families within our community!

HOW IT WORKS FOR THE MARCH 2024 CAMPAIGN

1. APPLY: Apply by the FEBRUARY 10, 2023 to join the MARCH 2024 campaign. APPLICATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED.

2. SELL: FROM MARCH 1- 15, sell as many C&B pints as you can bY directing them to our order site.  It's all online! 

3. BUY: Supporters designate your organization AS A BENEFICIARY OF THE ORDER’S PROCEEDS. ORGANIZATIONS WILL RECEIVE $4 from each pint sale. 

4.  PICK UP: Supporters pick up their order from our Clays Mill location FROM MARCH 20 - APRIL 15, 2024. LOCAL PICK UP ONLY. NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROGRAM.

5. CHECK: We send your organization a DONATION check BY APRIL 15, 2024!  

FEBRUARY 1-10, 2024 - APPLICATIONS OPEN FOR THE MARCH CAMPAIGN - APPLICATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED.

FEBRUARY 15, 2024 - Program applicants are notified of participation status.

MARCH 1 - 15, 2024 - CAMPAIGN KICKS OFF! Campaign participants direct supporters to purchase PINTS FOR A PURPOSE online and have them designate their group to receive proceeds. Pre-Order Link goes live on March 1.

MARCH 20 - APRIL 15, 2024 - Supporters from the March Campaign can pick up their PINTS FOR A PURPOSE ORDER from our Clays Mill Location in Lexington, KY.

APRIL 15, 2024 - Proceed checks are mailed to participating organizations of September’s Campaign.

FAQs

WHO CAN APPLY TO PARTICIPATE?

School groups, booster clubs, non-profit organizations, dance teams, etc. We ask that your group have some affiliation with a non-profit organization.

How often can we participate?

Right now, we are running 2 campaigns a year, one in September and one in March. Organizations can participate in both campaigns if they choose to.

How do i apply to participate?

APPLICATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED FOR THE MARCH 2024 CAMPAIGN.

how do supporters purchase pints?

The Pints for a Purpose order site will be live the March 1st - 15th of each month. You can visit crankandboom.com to see details of the campaign each month.

do you ship pints for a purpose?

NO. Pints for a Purpose is only available for local pick up. We are not able to ship these pints.

Is there a cost to participate?

There is NO FEE to participate.
