As Thanksgiving nears, thoughts of fresh turkey and sweet potato casserole swirl through our brains as we plan out everything we are going to eat. While Thanksgiving is traditionally a holiday of good food and time with our families, it also serves as an opportunity to reflect on what you are thankful for and give to those who are less fortunate. Our C&B team is passionate about the community and giving back all year round, especially during the holiday season. Our Share A Scoop at the Distillery District location is a simple way for our guests to send kindness to those who might need a little extra joy in their lives. Buy a scoop, leave a note for someone, and let them know a treat is waiting for them! Sharing a scoop doesn’t even need to be for someone specific. Such organizations are God’s Pantry, Salvation Army of Central KY, Greenhouse 17 and
This Thanksgiving season, Crank & Boom encourages you to give back to your Lexington community in any way you can whether it is sharing a smile with someone in need or donating items to a local organization. There are so many who are working hard to help others. One small act of kindness can make a huge impact on someone’s day. We would love to hear the ways that you are giving back to your community this season!
